I had a bad experience at a different salon where the artist didn't listen to what I wanted and gave me too dark, too arched brows. May at EverTrue has been helping me fix the brows and move towards the softer, more natural brows that I wanted. She also helped neutralise my lip color (my natural lips are very patchy and uneven) with lip blushing. I come here for touchups annually, and have had a wonderful experiences each time. I've been here quite a few times now over the past 4 years, always with May who is the best - she's as gentle as can be and explains each step of the way. I don't have strong preferences for my brow shape so left it to May to draw the shape and I've loved the results each time. Friends who have seen my brows say they look natural. I'm currently back now for a nanobrow session after a 2 year break from my prior microblading touch up - even though the color has faded a bit I'm still happy with my brows (color and shape is still there) but figured it was time to refresh it. I'm excited to see how the nanobrow session turns out - and though I haven't had to express any dissatisfaction with the results, there is ample opportunity to refine and perfect the brows during the "perfecting" session (follow up session booked a month or two after the first microblading session). My husband and I share this Yelp account. I bought the service for my mom because she heard about microblading about a year ago. I read the other reviews and decided to buy this as her Christmas gift. Our technician was May Lin, and she was incredible. She did a phenomenal job and was super detail oriented. In fact, my dad is incredibly pleased, too, because he jokes and says that we saved him from having to pay for a mini face lift for my mom because the effect of May Lin's meticulous work almost makes my moms eye area look like she got a mini face lift. May Lin transformed my moms eyebrows and I can't imagine it was easy because she didn't have a blank canvas to work from either. Ages ago, my mom got her eyebrows tattooed and they didn't look good; were uneven, shaped oddly, etc. May Lin did magic blending the old and shaping my moms new eyebrows. The color is so natural as are the individual brow strokes. I was worried that I was not a good candidate for nano brows not only because of the size of my natural brows and how little hair I had, but also because my skin can get oily especially in the forehead area. But that couldn't have been further from the truth. My brows are natural looking, have a great shape and color and are not fading. I even have a small scar in one of my eyebrows and after the nano brow treatment it's virtually invisible. I love my new brows! Further May is a true craftsman! She was patient, kind and gentle, answering all my questions and leaving me feeling great. I'll definitely be seeing her again. And the EverTrue Salon is a beautiful, tranquil space highly conducive to getting treatments.

I was apprehensive at first so I went for a complementary consultation and May walked me through the process and took time to sketch out what looked best. At my actual appointment she sketched again for my confirmation and talked to me throughout the process. The aftercare and healing on both the nanobrows and eyeliner was easy (very little peeling). I went to May for Nanobrows based on the reviews and she did a great job. I have very light skin so I was a little apprehensive they would look dark and fake but they came out very natural. I went for a consult first and then made another appointment to have it done. Just know the first week they are very dark but then lighten up significantly to a natural look.

I've been coming to Evertrue for probably at least 3-4 years at this point and have seen May each visit. I started with traditional microblading and loved the results. We have since switched to nanoblading which is the newer service. I've had great results with it! I used to come every 6 months with micro blading and can go 1 year+ with the nanoblading. The healing process is also much easier with nanoblading and I find that the look to be more natural than microblading. I definitely recommend nanoblading!
